“When Home Depot didn't have stock, they sent me straight to where they order from - Richelieu. They had exactly what I needed, helped order it to their location, and even walked me through finding the right fitting when it turned out that I was dealing with outdated and incompatible hardware. This is a primarily business-to-business service so be prepared for that kind of experience, but if you have a specific need and exhausted other 'normal' retail options these folks very well may be able to help - or in my case, save the day. Shoutout to Barry for getting me through a headache cabinet upgrade.”

“Donna and Joy went above and beyond for my family and I today so they definitely deserve this review. I went in and wanted the 12ft skeleton but unfortunately there was none there and none were getting ordered, we asked if we could buy the display and they let us. Donna made sure we had all the tools we needed and even let us assist (to an extent) that way we knew how to put it together. They were beyond kind throughout the time it took to get it apart and we definitely had a couple laughs along the way. You don’t get much customer service like that anymore but it is clear why Donna works the department she does and why Joy is the customer service manager! (They’re amazing at it)”
