“My only complaint is that the only washroom I noticed had an 'employees only' sign nailed to it; though, there is a TiM Horton's/Wendy's combo location right across the road.”

“I stopped at the Shell Station in Coldbrook for gas around 12:30 pm on June 20, 2026. When filling, I noted that I could also pay for a car wash at the pump, which I thought was for 3 car washes. After my tank was full and I looked at the slip, I only saw one car wash with a PIN listed to use. I went inside, and asked the nice chap how to get the 3 car wash deal. He smiled and gave me two more slips for two more car washes, no extra charge. I thanked him very much. When I lined up to go through the carwash, there was a lady in front of me having her car done. Sadly, the wash stopped before the rinse cycle finished. I saw her drive out and she went in to the station. I, in turn, went inside also to see if things would soon work again. There was quite a line of customers at this time. The same chap was working at the cash, gave her two more car wash slips, and apologized to her with a smile. I didn’t bother him and just waited for a minute until he saw me and I said “Thank you very much for your kindness” and he smiled right back. The gentleman did what he could to satisfy the customers with a lovely gesture. Thank you, sir!!!”
