“31 December 2023.
Car engine light comes on while driving to an event. After the event and on starting the car, the engine light was still on.
We had our car towed to your Center. The following day was a holiday. On January 2, Megan arranged to get our car in for service. The shortened week was already blocked full of work. Yet Megan fitted us in and in 2 days, we had our car back due to Cory's diligence in efficiently doing his work and Megan's regular updates.
All of this was done sooner than we expected (by a day) and under the quoted cost! Such service is not often seen anymore.
Once again Larry, thanks for providing top notch service right in our own neighbourhood.

Today, 8 October, the oil was due for changing. I had the car in for 7:45AM. The yard was already full of vehicles for repairs but despite that, the work on my car was done quickly and I was able to finish some errands on the 8th, I had planned for the 9th.
Thank you Larry, for this continued service your team provides. It's service one doesn't often see ..... anywhere! Megan and Will communicate repair progress efficiently to clients. To me this is important, for a number of reasons.
Thank you again for this superior service! It's top shelf!

“Amazing customer service and they were able to squeeze me in while I was on an incredibly tight deadline! Leaving town on a cross country trip in one week and they helped me fix an oil change gone wrong from a different shop’s malpractice. Everyone in the shop was friendly and ready to help.
Long story short, a shop in Spryfield spilt oil all over my engine and bay during a routine change and didn’t tell me or properly remedy the spill and 15 minutes later of driving it was smoking out of the hood. I could not go back as the shop was closed (and not trustworthy) so the next day I phoned around for a shop closer to me. I was lucky to find an honest shop afterwards that confirmed my suspicions and cleaned the oil off properly and thoroughly. My engine bay is no longer oil coated and billowing smoke!
