“Great customer service! Colin made sure I got the right mattress and made sure it would work for me all while taking his time and not just rushing me out even though it was busy. Also found that all the staff were pretty chill and not making spending the money feel stressful. I also received a follow up call from collin after thanking me for my business, which to me shows they really care. I will return again for all of my future furniture needs. I would recommend to anyone trying to not break the bank and still receive decent quality furniture to go here. Thank you to Colin and the team at surplus furniture!”
“Washer & dryer delivery was a good experience. Delivery guys were very pleasant & patient as we had to remove another door. They were very careful with placement of machines. Called prior to delivery as well as used the tracker.”
“My wife an I had a very positive experience! In the purchase of our recliner, our sales person, Charise, was very personable and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed.”

“Super cute store and the staff were so kind and helpful! They helped me measure and wrap up the furniture I bought, and I couldn't be happier with the stuff I found here :)”
“Was in recently and love the way the showroom is set up. It helps you visualize how a piece of furniture will look in your own space. Then, you step into the warehouse section and wow, there is so much stuff to see. It’s well laid out and easy to shop. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.”
“IKEA Restaurant Review
I had a wonderful experience at the IKEA Restaurant, and it turned out to be a great place not only for shopping but also for enjoying a delicious and affordable meal. The restaurant has a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with plenty of seating, making it a convenient spot to relax and enjoy some food during or after a visit to IKEA.
One of the things I particularly enjoyed was the variety of food options available. The meals are reasonably priced, portions are satisfying, and the food is served in a simple yet appealing way. It is especially convenient for families, as there are choices that can suit both adults and children.
However, the highlight of my visit was definitely the frozen yogurt! 🍦 It is one of the best things about the IKEA Restaurant. The frozen yogurt is creamy, smooth, refreshing, and delicious, and having different flavours/tastes to choose from makes the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you prefer something classic and creamy or want to try a different flavour, there is something for everyone. The frozen yogurt is also a perfect treat after a meal or simply as a quick dessert while shopping.
I especially loved how enjoyable the frozen yogurt experience was for the kids. They were excited to choose their favourite taste, and it was a fun little treat that made the visit even more memorable. The combination of a tasty meal followed by delicious frozen yogurt makes IKEA a great family destination.
The restaurant staff were also helpful and the overall environment was clean, organized, and comfortable. The self-service style makes it easy to select what you want without having to wait too long.
Overall, I would highly recommend the IKEA Restaurant, especially for families looking for a casual, affordable, and enjoyable dining experience. And if you visit, don't miss the frozen yogurt—it is definitely one of the highlights! The different tastes, creamy texture, and refreshing flavour make it a dessert worth trying.
⭐ Overall
A great place for a reasonably priced meal, a relaxing family break, and, most importantly, a delicious frozen yogurt treat! 🍦😊”
“The name put me off initially.
A vast furniture showroom with something for all tastes. Moderate to high end prices. Good service. Yes, we purchased something.”
“Abhil is an exceptional salesperson who went above and beyond making this overwhelming decision easy. His knowledge along with no pressure approach was easy to work with.”
“You’re great Ikea!
Just wanted to say this for a very long time that you need to upgrade your food tray carts. It shakes so much that I am scared hauling my food to the table. I don’t want the whole world to know that I am carrying my food.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
-Your customer ever since you opened your shop.”
“Went to the Mic Mac location and had one of their associates, Kate, help me. Besides being very professional, she helped find what I was looking for, and went above and beyond in providing great customer service.”
