“We love the Ikea restaurant, both upstairs and the snacks downstairs. Lots of affordable options, lots of vegetarian,/vegan, even dairy free ice cream which we love as a treat. Good setup for little kids too with kid dishes, colouring, and high chairs. We often plan our visits around having a meal. Often theyll have a promotion where they take the cost of your meal off the receipt of furniture. Staff are always friendly. The snacks are so inexpensive !Vegetarian options: Vegetable balls, vegetable medallions, veggie dogsKid-friendliness: High chair, kid dishes, 4.99 kids meal, and colouring. She had endless patience with our many questions and definitely earned our trust. It continued when I had occasion to call and speak with other store staff (we required a delay in our delivery, due to busy family schedule), and I was once again impressed today, when the truck arrived on-time in the 2-hour window and everything was unloaded and set-up in almost no time by their very friendly and efficient delivery team.By itself, this stellar customer service, would be enough for me to give a 5-star rating, but it is solidified by their pricing. It all started at the Bayer’s Lake location with Don & Cassidy who helped us find incredible deals for an 8 bedroom rooming house we needed to furnish. They held our order and had it shipped over to their warehouse in Lower Sackville where Jason was great in helping us get our truck loaded and ensure everything was accounted for. We then happened to be having lunch beside their New Minas location and Darrel was super helpful too. Can’t say enough good things about this company!! Great prices, great staff!!”
