“My wife and I visited the PUMA store at Dartmouth Crossing today (October 31st, around 6 PM). We were helped by two amazing staff members, Harman and Riya. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional — they really took the time to help us find what we needed and made the whole experience enjoyable.
It’s not often you meet people who treat customers with such genuine care and positivity. We truly appreciated their great service and friendly attitude. Definitely one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had!”
“The young man with the blonde hair who works there was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight and hadn’t gone shopping for new clothes in over 7 years. “We ordered a package through softmoc, we have never had any problems previously. However this time around FedEx delivered our package to the wrong address. We have been trying to get assistance anyway we can but have been hitting so many frustrating road blocks. Today we came into the store and talked to Jasmine she was the only save in grace throughout this experience, although we didn’t get direct results from our visit she took the time to explore every avenue with us and find out what is wrong. She gave us lots of next steps to follow and said if we can’t get our order figure out then to come back in and she will try even more options. I appreciate the help she gave us, hopefully others can help as she did so we can find our package. The five star review is for her specifically.”
