“Bought a lot of camping gear here recently, and it’s all held up well! I like browsing around the store and seeing all of the little items I never knew existed for different outdoor activities. Only thing I’ll say is a lot of parents let their kids run rampant here. If you’re looking for a quieter experience without kids on scooters and bikes almost taking you out, or screaming their heads off when the parent won’t buy them something, avoid the weekends.”

“I needed to do an exchange as a pair of sneakers I bought as a gift weren't quite the right fit. I had lost the receipt however, and only had a partial picture of it. I was amazed that the sales associate was able to take the limited information I provided, and give me the rest that I needed so the exchange could be made at the gift recipients local store. This was a couple months after my purchase as well so I thought I was out of luck. I appreciate the sales associate helping me out as well as Sports Chek amazing customer service policies. Knowing how well their system works makes me far more confident to use them to buy gifts for others in the future.”

“I had a soccer jersey with 2 sleeve patches that are peeling off, so I called Cleve’s Source for Sports to see if they could help. They were really friendly and helpful on the phone, so I brought the jersey in. When I got there, they took a look at it right away and re-pressed both patches for me. They even spent a bit of extra time making sure the patches were properly secured and would stay on. It was quick and easy, and people didn’t even charge me for it. Really appreciate the help and the great customer service. Definitely a great experience!”

“I ordered hats for my softball team through Lids. We love the hats, and the employees all did their level best to get the colours/styles we wanted from other stores (since no one in the HRM seemed to have black adjustable hats). There were a few miscommunications over the week, but I wanted to shout out Ethan for being awesome. He patiently problem solved an issue with me and even came back from being about to take his break to help me. Thanks Ethan! You’ve made return customers out of our entire team.”
