“Helpful Staff. Came in few days after without a receipt, swapped a new nano puff towards a different jacket. Later in the week Sized up my GFs jacket. Again helpful staff and resolved everything. Btw the Fitz Roy hoody is cozy as a warm bed in the morning. Highly recommend”
“Have been looking for a xxl bicycle for a while, popped into the store for the first time, they had two in stock. Added a handlebar extender and upgraded pedals. Staff from both sales and the mechanical side were great to work with, humorous and willing to do their best to try and help an older big guy find a bike to ride. Independent store, great staff. Efficient and great messaging to let me know the bike was ready the very next day.”

“I wasn’t expecting to give a review on a sports store when I went in just looking for boots for my 12 year old, however the staff overall were so friendly and helpful! They also seem to enjoy each other which makes for a great team atmosphere. Xavier was so helpful with us, with such a positive vibe. Our cashier was so patient as she helped my 75 yr old mom try and figure out the triangle app on her phone. I didn’t see her name, but she should remember the struggle my mom went through-lol. Overall, it’s just nice during such a busy time of year to come into a store, be greeted and helped with such kindness and patience. Great customer service Dartmouth Crossing Sportcheck! “This is my favorite Atmosphere store which has multiple options for each stuff I need to buy. Usually, there are less people waiting for checkout than the Sports Check cashier counter. It's convenient have a quick visit then get out from the independent entrance nearby. I always expect to slide by there to check what's new each month.”

We love the hats, and the employees all did their level best to get the colours/styles we wanted from other stores (since no one in the HRM seemed to have black adjustable hats). There were a few miscommunications over the week, but I wanted to shout out Ethan for being awesome. He patiently problem solved an issue with me and even came back from being about to take his break to help me. Thanks Ethan! You’ve made return customers out of our entire team.”
