I came in absolutely distraught after having spent the last 3 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my SIM card. Austin was readily available and reassured me he will resolve my issue. He was extremely kind and attentive and I am incredibly thankful for his quick service.”
“Honestly, I a horrible experience with Bell in the shopping center and the customer service line. Given conflicting advice, sent to and from store multiple times.
I'm still giving five stars because Owen at the Bayers Lake store was incredibly helpful in helping me fix the mess made by the others. I would gladly recommend him.
