It was such a great experience getting my puppy to socialize with other dogs while also learning valuable training techniques. It’s easy to watch YouTube or TikTok and think you’ve got it figured out, but these trainers go above and beyond. They don’t just show you what to do they explain why you’re doing it, so you actually understand what works, what doesn’t, and how to build good habits longyerm.
Their training style is reward based with no harsh discipline, which is something more people need to learn and appreciate.
On top of that, the entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful. even outside of the classes. Whether it’s advice on food, treats, harnesses, or anything else they offer, they’re always willing to help.
I highly recommend their company, their training classes, and the weekend dog socials. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and for the price, it’s worth every single penny. Stella also recommends it for other dogs because it's her favorite place to be!

They squeezed me in within a half hour and after checking her, it wasn’t a tick but it was a small cyst that they removed easily! It took only 15 minutes but it meant the world to me! When I went to pay, they said it was fine, no charge !
My husband still thinks I’m hiding a huge vet bill ! Lol

278 Lacewood Dr, HalifaxThey always treat my girl well, and appointments are punctual and seem fairly priced🐈⬛ A couple years ago, my cat had to have her teeth extracted and the cost seemed to be in line with what I’ve seen other vets charge.
My only complaint is with booking annual checkups a year in advance now. I understand the intention is good but I think my cat’s upcoming appointment has been changed 3 or 4 times, either by the day or the time. It is frustrating having to keep going back to my boss to request a different day or time off work. I’d prefer booking a couple months in advance rather than a year if it meant avoiding most changes. Other than that, I’ve been very happy with the care they have provided over the past 7 years.

From the receptionists, to the vet techs and all of the veterinarians, all of my experiences here have been met with patience, kindness, and exceptional care for my two cats. Most recently I brought in my senior girl for a dental procedure where I was beside myself with worry. Not only were the staff incredibly patient and compassionate, but kept me updated and informed all day as the procedure progressed. I truly could not have asked for a better care team for my sweet girl, and am so grateful for the communication and reassurance I received during this stressful time. I will continue to come here as long as I live in this city. I cannot say enough good things about this team!

They make it a point to get to know the dogs' personalities, preferences, triggers, etc, and meet the dogs where they're at. Kitara's grooming has been so beneficial for my anxious pup. I can't say enough good things, and only wish some of the other larger daycares in town would take notes.

I am very lucky to have business with Sirius dog walking.My baby Louie has been with Dave for more than a year now. Louie was never exposed to wilderness walks before and he was scared to death with water. Dave took his time to spend time with Louie before he decided to take Louie with him which made me feel confident. Dave was also very patient and respectful of Louie’s own personality and Louie is now a such well rounded dog with new interest in water! I can always trust Dave with Louie and his group of dogs who are the best in Halifax area. Louie has amazing friends and another human who gives him so much love now. The bond he develops with his dogs is very special and unique. He know every single one of his dogs even better than their owners!I leave to work every morning knowing Louie will have his own fun with Dave instead of being worried about leaving him alone at home. Louie always comes home happy and satisfied. I would never leave Dave. Thank you so much Dave!!!

We stopped in for lunch on our way to the wharf boardwalk, and it didn't disappoint. We both had a salad, not the chowder, because we just wanted a light lunch. Their jasmine pearl tea is still as good as I remember from years of coming here, and I paired it with the ginger scone which was warm and not too sweet. The staff recognized a regular ahead of me in line and chatted with her about a new tea shipment, so you can tell they genuinely care about the place. It was quiet around 7pm on a Tuesday, plenty of open seating, and just a really relaxing way to unwind for an hour.
