“Today I had the pleasure of meeting Trey, a pharmacist who truly went above and beyond in helping me! I had come in after being without my prescription for a week, and in a rush. And although she didn’t have the right prescription in stock, Trey immediately arranged for the other pharmacy on Quinpool to have it ready (which is also an amazing pharmacy btw!). She even went so far as to CLOSE up her shop temporarily and gave me a RIDE to the other pharmacy, knowing I was in between classes and short on time. “My prescription was messed up by an Ontario pharmacy. They told me I would be able to get it in Nova Scotia, but that was false.
Alvin went above and beyond to contact the Ontario pharmacy, confirm they were wrong and then helped me set up an in-person assessment.
Another Asian lady called and helped me set up my profile, add my insurance, and she was amazing. Dr. Sayeh completed the assessment and applied a brand discount for me. The team then processed my medication the same day.
This all happened in less than 24 hours and in the middle of school. So I was pretty stressed, but the team went above and beyond to help me sort everything out.
Honestly, amazing people doing their jobs and genuinely helping the public. Really appreciated everything they did.”
“I have used this pharmacy for my entire life (60 years) as did my entire family growing up. My mom for 91 years. I have always had excellent service. The staff have always been helpful and especially when my mom was nearing the end of her life they were very supportive and there to answer any questions that I had. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They know my background and are familiar with my doctors throughout my life. I go there for all my immunizations as well. There's an eclectic selection of items: a full aisle of toys, games, and puzzles; a small selection of rugs; mobility aids and other pharmacy-standard fare; makeup; some home goods and toiletries; milk and eggs. I appreciate that there's a little bit of everything and lots of unexpected treasures. The flyer often has good sales as well - definitely worth checking out.”

Can access compounded medications through this pharmacy. There are still NOT a lot of pharmacies, within Metro or even Nova Scotia, with whom you can get a compounded medication, such as Thyroid, if you are unable to tolerate taking the usual medications such as Synthroid etc. For many years I had to get my medication from Ford Pharmacy in Moncton through the mail or by the bus.”
