“31 December 2023.
Car engine light comes on while driving to an event. After the event and on starting the car, the engine light was still on.
We had our car towed to your Center. The following day was a holiday. On January 2, Megan arranged to get our car in for service. The shortened week was already blocked full of work. Yet Megan fitted us in and in 2 days, we had our car back due to Cory's diligence in efficiently doing his work and Megan's regular updates.
All of this was done sooner than we expected (by a day) and under the quoted cost! Such service is not often seen anymore.
Once again Larry, thanks for providing top notch service right in our own neighbourhood.

Today, 8 October, the oil was due for changing. I had the car in for 7:45AM. The yard was already full of vehicles for repairs but despite that, the work on my car was done quickly and I was able to finish some errands on the 8th, I had planned for the 9th.
Thank you Larry, for this continued service your team provides. It's service one doesn't often see ..... anywhere! Megan and Will communicate repair progress efficiently to clients. To me this is important, for a number of reasons.
Thank you again for this superior service! It's top shelf!

Update: I dropped my rig for the 2nd time at Yuille autoworks. I beat up my rig pretty hard on the trails and I recently had an issue with the suspension components that I coudn't figure out. The guys worked the issue and fixed it in a reasonnable time frame and I am very satisfied with the result. They realigned the truck to perfection as well and the thing runs like new again. Incredible work thanks a bunch guys.”

“I took my Car to Keizers in Bayers Lake after an car accident. The staff on the desk were very help full and the appraiser took my Car to see what the parts that would be needed for repairs. They gave me a date to bring my Car in and told me that they would book be a rental for me and gave be date that the Car would be ready. They texted me every day to give me an update and then a text that my Car was ready for pick up a week early. “I had them put a transmission in 2003 GMC they did a better job than the dealer they put the one in before I had Bemister motors did for me the transmission w I worked perfectly and I had and used the truck for 10 years before I sold the truck and it was still working perfect. The cost of the job was three times cheaper than the dealer and I told them I needed a vehicle to drive while mine was down and they did that for me it was finished in 2 days they did a great job and and used me good I would recommend them in the highest way Thank you Mr Bemister.”

Anytime I’ve dealt with Darrell & the Maaco team, I have had an excellent experience.
They are friendly, patient, professional, honest, very informative and they do beautiful work. They try to be upfront about price and time and stick to it as best they can.
More than once, Darell gave me free advice on dealing with insurance companies and how to advocate for yourself.
I can assure you that they are not out to spend all your money or even nickel and dime you. They are trustworthy people who are not looking to take advantage of people with less knowledge of cars.
Sometimes, they even will take on a few little extra things for you that weren’t planned, throw in a little extra paint for free & you may even get a free surprise cleaning too which is nice. You will be impressed with these guys and if you’re not, Darrell is pretty reasonable to talk to. I recommend taking your car here for a quote before choosing other body shops.”
“Never expected to be writing a review about great service after waiting over three months to have my car repaired, but here we are. The delay was primarily due to parts availability and the dealer, but the service I received from Jennifer Scully helped ease my frustrations.
Firstly, their email service is extremely helpful. I always knew the status of my vehicle, and the notes Jennifer added often included additional detail to keep me informed. This saved me from having to keep track and make calls, as the updates came regularly and often.
When I did call with questions Jennifer was always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Everything was dealt with in one call, and I was always made to feel as if my business mattered. She obviously takes pride in her work and is very customer focused. She is a great ambassador for the business. Pick up was seamless, as she arranged for me to come in early to fit my schedule and my car was super clean and parked right out front.
I sincerely hope I never have to deal with Chapman’s again (nothing personal just not looking to get in another accident) but Jennifer made the repair process much easier to navigate and did it all with a smile on her face.”

“Great local place. Super friendly service. Good mechanics. Need to up their communication and scheduling. Halifax is now turning into a major city for Atlantic Canada and small local service organizations like these need to up the game to stay competitive. Often you need to follow up multiple times on quotes, time is lost as they internally try to figure out who is handling the quote etc. I will still take my vehicles to them, but if they improve a few things, they will get a 5+ star!”
