“I love this store. For a smaller grocery store it carries a large selection of international foods. This comes in handy for them because of the large amount of migrant workers that come into the store. Also they always have specials on. Their meat prices is far better than the big box stores. If they can sell it at their prices, then the big box stores are just being crooks.”

“This is one of my favorite places to shop. Great service and well sourced products. If they don't have an item they will look into what options they can resource. If you need an item held when it comes in, your name goes on the list. They support local with a Board full of local events and facilitators. A great place to stop in and shop for mindful alternative health items.”

“Good local grocery store. Has all the basics and some decent deals. Owned by Sobeys so you can collect Scene points and get the Compliments brand goods here as well. This is exactly what you expect, and need, from a smaller grocery. If you want a full array of options you’ll need to go to New Minas to the larger Sobeys or Superstore.”
“It might be a little more pricey on some products and some people may prefer Costco however, with the price of gas the way it is and the two hour drive to and then from the nearest Costco, I will definitely choose this place as well as local markets for shopping.
Seriously, if I drove two hours to Costco to get frozen bulk meat, first I would need a cooler to keep the meat in for the 2 hour drive back. Secondly, with gas being almost 2.00 a liter, this actually saves some money in the long run.
In some cases, this place is way cheaper that Superstore and Sobey's (the biggest rip off grocery store in the atlantic area). Yes Costco has better deals but not at the expense of my gas tank.”

“The customer service experience, the different menu options, as well as convenience are all Top Notch and I would definitely give them five stars in those category. The only reason why I would give them four stars overall is because of the price. It really isn't cheap. And you do pay a premium for pretty much everything but you pay a premium and you get exceptionally good quality. That's the thing, the old expression you get what you pay for is very true when you buy anything hereSome of the options that they do offer, it is a little difficult to actually make a decision on what to order. You see, they will have for example lasagna. Why you might initially assume that all lasagnas are made the same that's not true in the slightest. The regular lasagna in my opinion is a much more inferior product than their supremas on you which is a much much better product. The price difference between them makes it kind of a no-brainer to get the more expensive and better product than it does to get the cheaper one. There are a lot of other times where some of their cheaper products are obviously the best value but a lot of the time, they're more expensive product which is marginally more expensive is actually the much better option”
“Best place to buy bulk candy treats here, and baking supplies in New Minas and valley in general. The staff are friendly, and the owner did such a great job keeping customers sanitized when the sheeps were freaking out about a flu bug.”
