“I went to this location to renew my debit card. Nicholas was so generous that he told me all details. Unfortunately I didn't bring my id proof with me( which is my fault ?). So be told me that either I can go back and bring my id again or he can send it via mail. So I went home and went back again. Then he processed my new debit card. I am so Happy with his service. “I was in Monday afternoon I went up to the teller asking if they sold the Lunar Tiger silver coins they told me not at this location, but the one on Barrington Street she went above and beyond for me by trying to send Branch manager email to see if they have any left and how much the cost would be. She even printed me a map of location of Branch. She gave me the phone number of other branch. The other teller had a pride TD lanyard that I liked. I've asked I would love one. So she went in the back and dig one out for me. After I called other location I went back to tellers and said is there a way to give you both a review of excellent customer service above and beyond. They thanked me and said that's so kind of me. So she told me that I could talk to the branch manager in the office. We talked for a little bit telling how their employees are so great at what they do.I forget the names of the tellers but thank you again. So thank you again. I did get my coin ☺️”
“Yesterday while waiting in line at the RBC Almond street branch I witnessed an act of kindness that I feel compelled to acknowledge. An elderly gentlemen was visiting the RBC branch for his regular banking. He was seated across from the teller and was having difficulty expressing his needs and accessing his banking information. The teller whose name I dont know was extremely patient and kind. It was obvious the teller had assisted this gentleman in the past and was familair with his needs. Many of us in the line listened and smiled as we overheard the teller going above and beyond to assist in this situation. When the gentleman had finished his banking the teller came from behind the desk to help the gentleman zipper his coat and stand up. The elderly gentleman used a walker and when he began to walk away the teller noticed his shoe lace was untied. The teller immediately caught up to the gentleman and bent down and tied his shoe so that he would not trip. The Teller then turned to us to welcome the next person in line. In todays world were so many of us our quick to complain I didnt want this act of kindness to go unnoticed.”
“Where it all started for The Bank of Nova Scotia in 1832. Of note they had offices in the Caribbean before they had a branch in Toronto. Lots of history in this building. Former head office before they moved it to Toronto. If you like old architect cure it is worth lookin at.”
“I have worked with different bank representatives in many parts of the world and my third bank in Canada is now RBC. Celine is by far the best bank representative I have ever met and she offers a service that is above world standards. She is a great professional. I went to RBC just to get information because of the bad comments written about RBC and she offered a great experience. I think she should educate other employees about how to provide a good Bank service to employees in branches with bad comments. Thank you so much Celine ??”
