“They were so helpful! We were trying to mount a tv and the head broke off a screw. I had bought a locking plyers at home hardware the day before but that didn't work. They looked at the pic of the broken screw, figured out the size and got me a locking vise grip. Also he gave me instructions on how to coax it out. It worked. And thanks to Mike, a fellow customer who gave me excellent advice too.”
