Car engine light comes on while driving to an event. After the event and on starting the car, the engine light was still on.
We had our car towed to your Center. The following day was a holiday. On January 2, Megan arranged to get our car in for service. The shortened week was already blocked full of work. Yet Megan fitted us in and in 2 days, we had our car back due to Cory's diligence in efficiently doing his work and Megan's regular updates.
All of this was done sooner than we expected (by a day) and under the quoted cost! Such service is not often seen anymore.
Once again Larry, thanks for providing top notch service right in our own neighbourhood.

Today, 8 October, the oil was due for changing. I had the car in for 7:45AM. The yard was already full of vehicles for repairs but despite that, the work on my car was done quickly and I was able to finish some errands on the 8th, I had planned for the 9th.
Thank you Larry, for this continued service your team provides. It's service one doesn't often see ..... anywhere! Megan and Will communicate repair progress efficiently to clients. To me this is important, for a number of reasons.

“I brought my Mazda cx 5 for brakes and rotor replacement and thought that I need to replace front and rear. Guys took my car and told me that rear brakes are still good for another year and just replaced front. There was a weird noice due some issue in the rear rotors, but they just cleaned up and fixed. Also they found nail in my tire, and repaired accordingly. I also work at the night and ask if can pick up my car by 4 pm, and they called me at 3:30 and everything was ready to go. And price for labour and parts was reasonable too. I want to comeback to this auto service cuz of their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend”

“I had some work done on a alternator yesterday and these people are amazing. I trust them 100 percent. They did some of the work free because they honoured a warranty from replacing my alternator 2 years ago. Also i had some tires to drop off and i did not buy the new tires from them. Instead of giving me a hard time like a few other shops did the lady gave me directions on where to put them. They are just a great neighbourhood shop. If we want great places like this in Fall river we need to support them.”
