“Went through self checkout, and I must have been to slow or fast, caues it charged me twice for the same tissue paper, when I only got one. These were 30 rolles on sale, quit big, any way I did not notice the double charge on my receipt till I got home, which is 80 km away. So I called Walmart about it, and they were very nice to me about it and gave me 1 month to come in, at any time they were open, and they would refund my money. Very good support, does not get any better then this. Thank you, and you folks do good work.”

“Went in just to have a look at winter coats. Had a decent selection and prices were good. Also picked up some other items. Staff very helpful and friendly even though the store was packed.”

“The customer service has been exceptional the last 2 times I was shopping there. The first time I asked where a certain product was and he took me to the product I believe his name was Elijah. Tonight a young man named Holden noticed I was having difficulty with the self check out. He came over and quickly fixed the probl6then proceeded to put my groceries in the bag. I told him I was going to commend his and Elijah excellent customer service. He responded just mention Elijah because this young man said he was just a cashier. I told him that is a very important job because he is the customers last point of contact with the store. Customer service like that is a rarity today.”

“Canadian Tire absolutely delivered. Walked in expecting the usual chaos of a big box store, but instead I was greeted by a staff so helpful I started wondering if they were being held hostage and forced to be this pleasant. The place was spotless, everything I needed was actually in stock (a miracle), and the automotive team handled my service so efficiently I half-expected them to hand me adoption papers for my car.

Fantastic experience overall. If every store ran like this one, society might actually stand a chance. Highly recommend.”
