“Everyone uses this place if they don't already have a connect in the shipping lanes at the airport or the local fisherman. Most of the people I think probably do have access to both, because there are only four hundred people living here permanently, and most of them I guess are Nords or Inuits or our regular Canadians. If your from the south come on up and have yourself a fishing party!”
