“They worked on my car for an insurance claim. They referred me to Perfect Auto Collection for a rental, which I was happy with my rental. They kept me informed on the status of my car and the services performed. They did external and mechanical repairs. Upon return, my car was cleaner than the day I bought. I highly recommended anyone use their services.”

“The best auto body experience I've ever had! Living in Morgantown, WV, the closest Maaco is at least a two-hour drive. Before committing to a trip like that, I called several shops hoping for a baseline estimate. The family-run Maaco in Akron was the only shop willing to look at pictures of my car and give me a rough estimate upfront. That level of customer service won my business before I even handed over the keys. This location is a true family operation-run by Adam, his wife, and their son Brad. I primarily dealt with Brad, who embodies the warmth, kindness, and deep professional expertise his father has clearly passed down to him. When I arrived, Brad walked around the car with me, identified exactly what needed fixing, listened to what I wanted, and helped me nail down the perfect color. He even went completely above and beyond to ensure I had a way to get back home while the shop worked on my vehicle. The results blew me away. When I came back to pick it up, l honestly didn't even recognize my own car. The new Viper Red paint looks absolutely flawless, and they went the extra mile to perfectly swap and mount my factory emblem just like l asked. My car looks the best it has in years. If you want a shop that combines top-tier auto body skills with genuine, old-school family business hospitality, go see Adam and Brad in Akron. I can't recommend them highly enough!”

They kept me updated at every step, and the results were just fantastic. Not only did they fix all the dents, but they also detailed my car as a complimentary bonus. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!””

“Had trouble locating a facility in my area that did the New Hampshire oil undercoating process. Reached out to Ultragloss and spoke with a young lady who explained the process, pricing, made an appointment for me,sent a confirmation text, and reminders were also sent to me. Drove 60 miles to Akron car taken in at exactly the appointment time and returned at the specified time. Very impressed with their staff and efficiency. As an aside must do good work on other services. I noticed many cars in the service lot way more expensive than mine so they must do good work”

“I love the free vacuums. They have the skinny angle end that makes getting in all the nooks and crannies so much easier. Our truck came out pretty clean, but it wasn't able to get all the dog slobber off from my 100 lb puppy.”
