I would Highly Recommend Akron Auto Painting for Any of Your Car Body Repair and Paint needs. They replaced my front bumper after a deer ran into my car.
I have a pearl white car and they matched the paint Perfectly! Not only could you not tell that the bumper had been replaced, but it look better than when / purchased my car. Guy, was very informative and patient with explaining everything that would need to be done. The estimate was the fairest after shopping around and the turn around time was Great. They even detailed the interior and washed it. I can't Thank Them Enough... I'm Very Happy With The Service / Received. Bottom Line, You Don't Need To Shop Around They Are The Best in Town.”
“Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with anything automotive-related. The team was accommodating, prompt, and friendly. They even took the time to fix a couple of minor annoyances in the interior that weren’t related to the damage from the accident, they swept the interior, and offered to replace the handle on my trunk (not related to the accident) and only charged me for the part. The taillight the insurance company paid for was fogging so they ordered a new one and are going to switch it out for me in a few days. Truly a group of kind people providing a good service. We will definitely be back if the need arises (hopefully not too soon!)”

“Two times since November 2025 my Subaru Forester was hit while parked. Both times, I requested that Caliber Collision fix the damages to my vehicle. I am so grateful for making that decision. Both incidents, Dawn was able to help get me scheduled to bring my car in quickly. She went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule and providing me with helpful information about how the whole process would go. The first incident I worked mostly with Bruce. He expertly assessed the damage to my vehicle and quickly got repairs moving forward. The most recent incident, I worked with Bruce (again) and Darrell. Both Bruce and Darrell kept me updated throughout the entire process on the status of my vehicle. I cannot recommend this company enough and specifically working with Dawn, Bruce, and Darrell!! Their customer service is unmatched and they should all be acknowledged!! The 2nd incident I dropped my car off for repairs and I already have it back within the same calendar week, and it looks immaculate, like a brand new vehicle. Thanks you guys for all your help. You made the whole experience of being hit twice within 3 months bearable. I hopefully wont be seeing you again (knock on wood) but if I am in need of body work in the future this is the only location I will visit. One more helpful thing for others to know is, both incidents Caliber was able to coordinate for a rental car to be right at the caliber location for me to pick up when I dropped my Subaru off. This made it super convenient.”

“Took my 2500 in for some unexpected service and they were booked but told me to bring it in and they would get to it ASAP. They had it figured out and returned by end of next day. Samantha and Brendan in service were very accommodating and helpful in the process, making sure to do everything they could to keep repair costs down and work it through warranties. If your looking to buy, ask for Jim.....I haven't bought from him since 2021 but he is always there to remember and greet me no matter what reason I'm there for.”

“Fred came out on short notice and helped fix a broken dock plate on my trailer when I was stuck mid-delivery and couldn’t get unloaded. Replaced the wood underneath, secured the plate properly, and also swapped a tire. Professional, fast, and knew exactly what he was doing. Definitely recommend if you’re in a tough spot on the road.”
