“Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with anything automotive-related. The team was accommodating, prompt, and friendly. They even took the time to fix a couple of minor annoyances in the interior that weren’t related to the damage from the accident, they swept the interior, and offered to replace the handle on my trunk (not related to the accident) and only charged me for the part. The taillight the insurance company paid for was fogging so they ordered a new one and are going to switch it out for me in a few days. Truly a group of kind people providing a good service. We will definitely be back if the need arises (hopefully not too soon!)”

“Fred came out on short notice and helped fix a broken dock plate on my trailer when I was stuck mid-delivery and couldn’t get unloaded. Replaced the wood underneath, secured the plate properly, and also swapped a tire. Professional, fast, and knew exactly what he was doing. Definitely recommend if you’re in a tough spot on the road.”

“I visited Gerber Collision & Glass today to get an insurance estimate for an incident that happened while I was in drive-thru pharmacy lane at a CVS branch. I've had emergency spine surgery and am still in transition between walker and cane. Stacy, who greeted me, was very welcoming and made it possible for me to stay seated in my car for the estimate.
