“The experience was great. I bought my MDX in June and had some general questions about how things work. Max was great. He took the time and answered all of my questions and even checked on the possibility of adding fog lights to my MDX.
If there’s one area that could use some improvement it’s the waiting area. The vehicle I had before my MDX was a Lexus. While I was waiting on my vehicle, I couldn’t help comparing the waiting areas of the Lexus dealership and Serra Acura . The Lexus dealership experience is definitely better.”

“I would definitely recommend this shop, I went in for an oil change which was crazy cheap, cost me half what I’d have spent at a take five even got my air filters done and I don’t think I hit what the oil alone had cost me. They did an inspection and the report they send you is a bit messy, it’s got a huge liability section and you have to scroll all over the place while tracking prices and jobs, but it’s easy enough to remove what you need to and the techs will walk you through everything at the desk. The shop is pretty busy so be ready for a wait but the techs will acknowledge you quickly when you get there. Overall the experience was very positive, though just like I’d say with any service station just use your own judgement, some people’s tolerances for what they think is safe for them, and what is recommended can be different, and none of the problems they find are mandatory to fix right then. The main purpose is to inform you of an issue/irregularity.”

“As we live close by, we've passed this mechanic shop hundreds of times, so when a friend recommended them for some repairs we needed done, we decided to give them a shot.
I called and explained what was going on with my daughter's car. Jason was super friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong.
I scheduled an appointment to have the muffler repaired, rear brakes done and ended up having them replace the headlight bulb that decided to burn out the day before the appointment.
Drop off was a breeze. I was called within two hours with a quote and he explained very thoroughly what issues he found with the car. He advised me of some items that will need attention in the near future, but that they didn't need done immediately. That honesty was appreciated and goes a long way.
The work was done at a very fair price and my car was ready within a few hours.
What I appreciated most about them was their efficiency with getting the work done, at a fair price and that they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm a female.
I will absolutely bring my cars to them anytime it's needed, in the future. I don't see myself using another mechanic from now on.”

“I have 2 business vehicles and a personal vehicle so I'm at PittStop an average of every 2 months. Anytime PittStop has a service I need I get it done. They are always super friendly and go above and beyond. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their work. Their oil change prices are about the same compared to other places I have gone. My most resent oil change I bought the amsoil, I was super excited about this so my oil changes can go further for less money. Definitely recommend!”
