“Great guy and nice place, but the door they put on after my accident is obviously not the same quality as what is on the other side. It sounds hollow and tinny when you close it. My guess it this was an insurance paid job and they were able to make a few bucks extra with a knockoff door. It's not a huge deal and I'm confident they would replace it if I wanted, but it's a lease so I'll be turning it in soon so I'd rather not be without my car for a few days again.”

“I live in Erie, PA. I would ABSOLUTELY highly recommend that anyone from Erie (or surrounding areas) check out the Ron Marhofer dealership as opposed to the Erie Interstate Nissan location- completely different experience.Marhofer building was under construction while I was there, so the parking lot and whatnot was a little crunched on space, but they took great care of me. Such an inviting little guest amenity area (awesome selection of drinks in the cooler and LOVED the popcorn machine). They were busy (even for a snow storm Friday night!) and I totally understand why.The whole experience was very low pressure and I really appreciated that. Very 'family like' team which contributed to the overall positive experience.I need to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my sales guy, Colin B. He was diligent in setting up an appointment for me and flexible with my need to shift the appointment with the weather. He was so nice in making sure the vehicles I was interested in were pulled up to the front for me (vs having me walk through the inclement weather as I had experienced at multiple other dealerships; winter in PA/OH is no joke!). He was extremely patient (and I can't not stress the word extremely enough). He took the time to answer any little question I had, never made me feel 'stupid for asking', was so friendly the entire time, and was so detailed in all of his explanations. I never once got the impression he was annoyed or that I was taking up too much of his time. I never once felt rushed. Despite it being a Friday night and horrible weather, Colin stayed late (I'm talking a few hours past close) to assist me and make sure I was completely happy with my purchase and saw it through the finish (finance closing). He was SO helpful in helping me transfer my belongings to my new vehicle (out in the freezing rain/snow storm and never a hint of being unhappy to be out there helping me).I also want to leave a positive note for the finance manager that assisted me as well. He went at just the right pace (not too fast and making me feel like he was trying to talk me into something, while not going so slow that I was like 'when am I ever going to get out of this place'). He also stayed late to help me through the process and I appreciated that. He also was very patient and kind in answering my million questions that I had for him as well.I also really appreciated how easy the dealership made it for transferring plates/registration to PA for me and handling the taxes (I've heard that can be an absolute nightmare buying in OH, or out of state, when you live in PA). Taking that stress off of me really helped my buying experience. I was also very satisfied with the cost and coverages with the maintenance plans offered to me.Overall, I can't recommend this dealership enough. Colin was so great and I'm so happy I made the long trip out there- it was 100% worth it.”

“after getting a new battery and my alternator checked, my car was still needing a jump every day. i called steve's and was able to get an appointment that friday. i dropped my car off and they said they would call with updates. i was at work but every time i called back, they were quick to answer and were able to diagnose the problem quickly! plus it was cheaper than other places! will definitely go to steve's for any auto needs in the future!”

“I took my Infiniti to 2 different Infiniti dealers and a Nissan dealer. The first dealership I went to was for routine maintenance. Upon leaving, I realized the gas gauge wasn't working. The tech said it had nothing to do with the work he had done. They would not return my calls to have it repaired. Then went to a second Infiniti Dealership. They could not find the problem, but when I left there, the check engine light was on. They would never return my calls either. Took it to a Nissan Dealer since they are part of Infiniti, but they wouldn't touch it. Happened to see an Infiniti owner who said he didn't take his car to the dealer, but to ECP. I called and spoke with Nate who was able to repair it. I will be taking my vehicles to him from now on.”

“I walked into Al Spitzer Ford exhausted from looking at cars all day and had the good fortune to be introduced to Bryan Allen. He was friendly, helpful, relaxed (which helped me relax) and didn’t apply any pressure. He was simply helpful. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted on the lot but did find it in PA. Getting it brought in from there required a non refundable deposit and commitment to buy. No pressure was put on me to do so but ultimately I did agree. The next business day, Bryan called me and he was the one who drove to go get my vehicle. He checked in with me during the trip and got the information for me that I’d asked him to. The next day (today) I went in and made the purchase. He was again very friendly and helpful. The whole team there made it easy on me and the process went quickly and painlessly (and I hate car shopping so it’s a big deal for me to say that). “Overall, not a bad company. My car was impounded & sat on their lot for quite a bit & the only thing I have to say which I found odd is depending on the day I’d call the price would always fluctuate. I’d call one day & then three, four, five days later & somehow I was told the total was lower than what I was originally told the previous day or even week which - again, is quite odd seeing as they charge a daily fee for it being on their lot. It wasn’t small amounts either. It’d drop by almost $100 & then go up by $2-300 & then go back down. All I ever did was call & ask so view that however you like. If you call & speak to a woman, yer in good hands (she never fluxed with previous costs too much) I’m not sure who the guy was but to end this review I’ll just say when it was all said & done, I paid far less than what the guy had told me on the phone a week before I finally got my vehicle out. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️??♂️”
