“This is my first time having a repair like this, from what I've learned. It is as best as can be expected, there was no charge, covered by insurance, and they were very kind, prompt, and willing to explain in detail to me. I was treated very well. The lady that answered the phone was knowledgeable and let me know that the insurance would cover the rock that hit my window when driving.”

“My appointment was originally scheduled at the Mentor location. When I arrived for check-in, I was informed my windshield was sent to the Akron office, and my appointment was rescheduled for the Akron office. I was disappointed I got up early to make the hour trip to Mentor, but they got me rescheduled, apologized, and offered a discount. At the Akron office, I met the technician, Greg, and he had my windshield removed, replaced, and recalibrated in short order. He explained everything well and had me back on the road in no time. Saved hundreds over what Safelite quoted me. I’ll definitely be back for any future glass needs.”

“Found this spot on Google after having a bad experience with a few other mechanics. Best mechanic we've been to in akron and surrounding areas. They're honest, they show you what's wrong and they are completely upfront about everything needed for the car thats brought it and they answer questions about what else it may need as well. If I could give 10 stars I would! Awesome place!”

“I had significant grocery cart damage on the fender of my Charger as well as a door gouge. Gerber worked with me and coordinated PDR work with The Dent Guy for the fender and buffed and brush-touched the gouge. We all knew it wouldn't be perfect without new metal and paint, but I am very satisfied with how it looks now. Thanks Trevor, Matt, and team!”

“Safelite was extremely easy to schedule. They were on time. I received text updates as to the technician and time. The technician, Dylan, called me on the way to give me his ETA. He was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained the process. I received e.mails after the appointment regarding the receipt, recalibration, and certificate of recalibration for the vehicle. Extremely satisfied.”
