“I had ordered some umpire gear but put in the wrong zip code when ordering. After I worked it out with the shipper to return the items to Purchase Officials main store. I offered to pay shipping cost to get my items. They sent me my items with no additional cost the next day. Been great working with them and I will continue to buy all by umpire gear from them.”

“Tanner in the fitting section in the absolute man! Got me set up with a new set up and took the time to explain everything to me and make the necessary adjustments. Completely changed my view of Golf Galaxy, whatever that man is getting paid it’s not enough”

“The staff is always helpful and consistent. It's nice going in somewhere one to two times a year and seeing familiar faces. The deals have been confusing and hard to work out for my family but that doesn't change the staff has no control over that.”

“This place is great! We use them for all of our team orders and team gear as well as any other sporting good needs we have. Dan is great to work with and gets us quality gear, and if it isn't done how we like it, he makes it right! Most of negative reviews on here are for the wrong company. This is PrimeTime Sporting Goods!”

“Please read this if you see! My mom and I went into this store yesterday (Thursday June 25, 2026) my mom already knew what she was going in there for. We had this amazing employee, I believe his first name was Aleks. He was so very nice And just gave off the best vibe. If anybody could help me figure out his last name or who he is, I would appreciate that so much. I’m just scared to go back to that store!!!!! I know this might take so long for anybody to see this but if you do, please help me out!”

“Went there 3/24/26 and the staff was so sweet!! They are always so nice there, and the store was super clean and each fold was CRISP. I thoroughly enjoyed the setup of the store and the walkability. Would 100% recommend, I can tell the staff works super hard! The clothing options and Brandy setups were also CUTE!”

“Came in for some new running shoes and a gentleman in the shoe department named Tyler was extremely helpful, and made the experience very enjoyable. I ended up walking out with a brand new pair of Hokas and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you Tyler for your help.”
