“Ask for Scott at the Fairlawn location!! Drug my husband in and ended up leaving with a suit, tie, two shirts, shoes, suspenders, pocket square and a date to the wedding… I mean , a nice laugh and a handsome husband. He measured and fussed over my husband and made him feel like it was his wedding instead of our daughters. Tons and tons of clothes, lots of sizes, choices, shoes, and not for just young men… at 64 he was able to look amazing. Thank you Scott. We will be back in the spring.”

“This is a HUGE shoe warehouse that has any kind of footwear you can imagine. They also sell purses, bags, socks and belts. They always have a large selection of clearance items as well. They do have enough staff n the store to help you and direct you and answer questions. The employees are friendly and helpful too.”

“Bought a pair of Nike AirMax 270's back in March; happened to stumble upon the store and by sheer coincidence I found the AirMax 270's on a clearance rack for $65.99, compared to the typical $145 at other stores; 10 months later and they're still in fantastic condition! If I ever wander back down to Akron I will for sure be stopping back to find another great shoe steal! I highly recommend that you come here rather than go to DTLR/VILLA across the plaza; the price difference is amazing and Kicks Lounge is the go-to spot. Save Money, Find Kicks, Kicks Lounge!”

“I stopped in to look at some shoes and had such a good shopping experience. The store was clean and well organized. All of the staff was incredible friendly and helpful. I was also surprised by their very shopper-friendly return policy. You have 30 days to return your purchase to any of their locations. That's unheard of to me. I sincerely don't think I'll need to return these but it's good to know that if I do, they've got my back. I tend to wear my shoes until my toes pop out, so I might not be the best customer, but I will definitely be coming back here for all of my future purchases.Thanks again for all of the help and getting my feet into some awesome shoes!”
