Memorial Parkway Trailhead is a beautiful, wide trail for running, biking, and walking. It is a nice, go-to spot that is close by and never crowded. The area features a moving granite memorial honoring three local rescuers, explaining the parkway's name. Amenities include plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and water fountains. It is dog-friendly, located right next to a dog park, and dogs are permitted on the trail. There is a small, comfortable picnic area in a sunny, grassy cut-out in the woods with a couple of tables and a small pavilion, perfect for a meal or conversation.
Good starting point for me being a North Hill resident to get back into running after a 6 year hiatus. Clean, safe, and peaceful.

The trail head has bathrooms, plenty of parking, and gives you easy access to the trail whether you’re biking, walking or running. A map is available at the trailhead, I recommend trying to plan a route ahead of time, the trail will meet up with multiple other trails depending which direction you head.
