Very unsatisfied with this branch. Their new machine ate my $30 out of $400. They didn't count it before putting inside the machine nor they could retrieve my bills. The sole purpose of a bank is to secure your money and it looks like they just do the opposite.

Have been banking at this location since it was National City Bank. Have always been treated with respect. They have always been professional, friendly, and engaging.

One of the most horrible horrible horrific branches I have ever dealt with. I am a long-standing PNC customer and the audacity of a teller trying to tell me I forged a check is a serious offense. I made a formal complaint. I am not finished with this situation.
