“Employees are all super friendly and helpful. I feel bad for them, they're swamped, working OT. Some packages might run behind because. The Employees will go out of their way to rectify the situation. It's not their fault, remember that people. Thankful for their help with my live fish shipments & deliveries.”

“this post office has been good for the most part... there was 1 time that i called up there to pick up a package instead of having it delivered but they couldnt talk to the carrier in time so after i went to pick it up they said that the carrier already had it and left to deliver the mail for their route other than that small issue its been pretty good in my opinion... oh yea and for all the other people saying that they cant get through to a reAL PERSON on the phone heres the direct line phone number to the post office 330-762-8472”

“The manager handled a complaint from a customer in front of me very cordially and professionally. She explained the post office processes to him thoroughly and politely and was able to reassure him that she would do what she could to help with his issue.
The process of mailing my packages was also very smooth all around. There was a nice selection of mailers with different designs and sizes and the employee who helped add my postage was nice and efficient.”
