“When they delivered my headboard it was damaged. So they reordered it and are going to deliver this week. The receptionist was really helpful and called me with the update.”

“Binita at the alliance Ohio cricket store, gave me excellent service.. I told her my needs, and she understood what I was looking for, to buy a new phone. She helped me out with the price, when I told her my budget. I am leaving this store with a very positive experience. I have been a customer for 9 years, and I will continue to be a customer of cricket, as long as I get the great service I received today.”

“Great service! I had some trouble with my power up account and went to the store to ask about it. The man working that day (I feel bad for forgetting his name) was very helpful and patient. He spent over an hour on the phone fixing the issues for me. All while waiting on other customers and maintaining a professional and efficient mindset throughout! That man deserves a raise”
