“We switched from another company to T-Mobile a few years ago and have been more than delighted with the service we have received at the 30th St. store. Most recently my husband was having a few issues with his phone. The first rep we dealt with was Matt who tried cleaning unwanted junk out of the phone, made a few changes, answered several questions and sent us on our way hoping this would resolve the problem and save us the expense of a new phone. I appreciated his honesty and patience. Unfortunately the problem returned and off to 30th St. we went. This rep, Ryan was equally patient and extremely helpful. End result we bought a new phone. My husband and I are Senior citizens and not very tech savvy. Both young men explained things in a manner and speed we could comprehend. They both have been extremely helpful and represent the company very well It has been a pleasure doing business with T-Mobile.”

Working with her and having her there to answer questions most people would think is silly, has been anything but stressful. She successfully helped me get my account in order. Phones in order helped switching my info over. All stuff that can be stressful and overwhelming to me. Answer simply about my bill. OVERALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS VEE. ASK FOR HER ?”
