“I've been coming here since I was a teen and discovered I loved metal and wanted to play guitar I had nooney couldn't buy anything but they would still treat me so nice and set me up with a guitar I wanted to look at and let me jam as long as I wanted, it kept me outta trouble. “This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “I came in there today.( I have a head injury ) Bought a phone at a different store day before had trouble getting it turned on. I went in this store and lizzy I think was her name . She had it figured out in 15 min. She took a ton of stress off me I broke down emotional. She is awesome ,patient and knows what she's doing . If you're going to Metro. Go here. “A big shout out to Cody B for the exceptional service yesterday. I brought in my 90 and 91 year old in-laws to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and upgrade their phones. I expected the process to be complimented and time -consuming but Cody made it seamless. Cody was incredibly patient, professional, respectful, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made my in-laws feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. He transferred all information, canceled their Verizon service, enrolled them in auto pay, and ensured they left with phones that were ready to use. Great job!”

“I been with metro for years and I dread going into the store because I feel they try to push stuff onto you.... But let me tell you today was a game changer when I went into the one on Columbus road Northeast Canton Ohio Boo had helped me he listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions very professional was not pushy he was real cool and chill!!! This is my new to go to store for sure as long as he is there. I highly recommend this location and boo for help and customer service.”
“Wow I walked in on a very irate customer from another store. The guy was able to diffuse the whole situation. He clearly explained why he couldn't help but told her what to say at her home area store. It was impressive.
After that he helped me cancel a line that I tried to cancel at MY home store and on 611. He was kind enough to take time to walk me thru the whole call. I really appreciated that, especially after being bounced around by the others.”
