“I became a member of this bank years ago quite by chance after having a car loan funded by them at a local used car dealership. They gave me a 3.6% rate on a 12 year old Mini Cooper and our relationship blossomed from there.
Recently, I had struggled with an item that I had purchased online but it never came. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue and ended up filing a charge dispute.
Logan, the banker, helped me at the branch. She spent nearly an hour with me getting all the details and evidence to help me dispute the charge. She even followed up later that week and spent more time on the phone with me making sure my case was heard and fighting for me.
Logan is truly the Queen of Banking! Personal service and attention to ensure that I was ultimately satisfied and the issue was resolved and laid to rest.

Customer service is so important to me because I own a business and for me, it really shows your character and goes a long way. They have always been absolutely amazing every time but man, they really saved my butt on this last visit. They both were so patient with me and not only helped me over the phone but when I came in, I was finally able to access my money after a long horrible process working through fraud. I have been with us bank for 10 years and when I went through this serious fraud situation, the location I have been going to for years gave me no help and really left me with a bad experience and as soon as I came to this location, remembering they have always been great, they immediately helped me and left me speechless of just how easy it was to find me a solution. I am a single mom and I couldn’t even access my money because of this fraud situation and I was so distraught. I’ve been battling this for almost 2 months.
