“I've been banking with them for 20 years! I love this bank! My only issue is they changed their hours after covid. They used to be open Monday thru Friday until 7pm and til 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Now it's only until 5pm m-f and Saturdays until noon and no Sundays. The reason I went with this bank was because they had extended hours. I'm sure I'm one of the few that doesn't do debit cards, so I have to go to the bank for withdrawls and the hour changes have made it hard.”

“I love Kemba Credit Union. They are always so nice and always wishes me a great day. I have not had any issues with them over the phone. I am unable to go to a branch, I am not in Ohio, but in Arkansas. I got my account when I worked for Kroger. No matter what I am calling about they try very hard to answer all questions and always asking if they can do anything else for me. I want to also say that I was pleased to find a location open on a Saturday, and Cheyenne was able to help me.”
