“I've been banking with them for 20 years! I love this bank! My only issue is they changed their hours after covid. They used to be open Monday thru Friday until 7pm and til 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Now it's only until 5pm m-f and Saturdays until noon and no Sundays. The reason I went with this bank was because they had extended hours. I'm sure I'm one of the few that doesn't do debit cards, so I have to go to the bank for withdrawls and the hour changes have made it hard.”

“I am not a customer at this bank as I do not live in America but I am writing this review to say how incredible, nice and helpful the people who work at Wes Banco on Beechmont Avenue are. I am on holiday from Scotland and forgot to inform my bank that I was going away so naturally my Visa Debit card wasn't working. I went in to the nearest bank ( Wes Banco) and asked if they could help sort my problem out. They were absolutely helpful and tried for ages to sort my problem out. ringing all sorts of different people and companies to try to help me. They went out of their way for me and I felt so embarrassed but yet thankful for them giving their time for me. Unfortunately They couldn't do anything to help but did advise I go to a local mobile phone shop and ask them to help.. and wouldn't you know it, their advice worked. The mobile phone shop allowed me to phone my bank and sort it all out. On my way back to my hotel, I stopped in the thank them once again. The employees here are incredible.”

The parking lot is easy to get in to, but make sure you find the proper exit to get goin in the right direction. This location is right at the intersection of Beechmont Avenue and State Road.”

“I would like to share my experience with one of your employees going above and beyond for her customer. On July 29, Sts. Peter & Paul had its annual church picnic. I have been in charge of ordering, counting and depositing the money from the picnic for the past 13 years. This year when we arrived at the bank to make our deposit in the night drop box, the key I had would not open the lock box. We tried everything. It was nearly mid night. When all else failed we packed up the money bags and took them home with us. On Sunday morning I reached out to Lori Schuetz and she met us at the bank Sunday afternoon and was able to get me a new key so we could make this deposit. She didn’t have to do this. She did this on HER time and we were so appreciative of what she did.Great Customer Service!”
