Recently, I had struggled with an item that I had purchased online but it never came. I spent a lot of time trying to resolve the issue and ended up filing a charge dispute.
Logan, the banker, helped me at the branch. She spent nearly an hour with me getting all the details and evidence to help me dispute the charge. She even followed up later that week and spent more time on the phone with me making sure my case was heard and fighting for me.
Logan is truly the Queen of Banking! Personal service and attention to ensure that I was ultimately satisfied and the issue was resolved and laid to rest.
I have no doubt in their abilities and look forward to financing a home with them in the near future.”

“Christina Sanna & Anne Abner are absolutely amazing ladies! They are so kind every time I walk in the door. Customer service is so important to me because I own a business and for me, it really shows your character and goes a long way. They have always been absolutely amazing every time but man, they really saved my butt on this last visit. They both were so patient with me and not only helped me over the phone but when I came in, I was finally able to access my money after a long horrible process working through fraud. I have been with us bank for 10 years and when I went through this serious fraud situation, the location I have been going to for years gave me no help and really left me with a bad experience and as soon as I came to this location, remembering they have always been great, they immediately helped me and left me speechless of just how easy it was to find me a solution. I am a single mom and I couldn’t even access my money because of this fraud situation and I was so distraught. I’ve been battling this for almost 2 months. They were able to help me right away and even if they couldn’t do for me what they just did, they reassured me that they would go through lengths to figure out the next step. I’m so grateful and literally crying. So if you are with us bank, go to ameila location. I promise you won’t regret it. “I would like to share my experience with one of your employees going above and beyond for her customer. On July 29, Sts. Peter & Paul had its annual church picnic. I have been in charge of ordering, counting and depositing the money from the picnic for the past 13 years. This year when we arrived at the bank to make our deposit in the night drop box, the key I had would not open the lock box. We tried everything. It was nearly mid night. When all else failed we packed up the money bags and took them home with us. On Sunday morning I reached out to Lori Schuetz and she met us at the bank Sunday afternoon and was able to get me a new key so we could make this deposit. She didn’t have to do this. She did this on HER time and we were so appreciative of what she did.Great Customer Service!”
