And the prices are quite fair (low even, compared to furniture in showrooms), especially when you consider the outstanding quality. Marvin and his team are even-keeled and ready to handle any challenge. They also can put you in touch with a delivery service that is very fairly priced and careful with their work.

“Our experience at Highpoint was excellent! I sent Jody pictures of my newly renovated living room and kitchen before we arrived. She had great ideas for us to choose from. We picked out what we liked plus rugs. I ended up getting a rug and nightstand for our spare room along with our living room and kitchen items. “EVERY single piece of QUALITY furniture in my home came from Country Hill. All custom ordered. Great customer service and awesome sales staff to work with that didn’t break the bank. Beds for all of my kids they cannot wear out, a dresser and nightstand later to match for my daughter, I drew out on paper a wardrobe to store sheets blankets and clothing in with extra deep drawers on the bottom and cabinet doors on top and they built it to match my bedroom suite they made as well a few years prior. They keep record of your purchases so there was no figuring out what stain we picked or knobs and drawer pulls. These craftsman know what they are doing! Give them a try it’s worth the drive!! The don’t just craft hardwood furniture, they design heirloom pieces that will be passed on to my kids and grandkids.”

“Over 20 years ago we bought an Amish made Mission Style dining room set with 6 chairs. The distributor we bought it from has long been closed. After buying other furniture from Homestead, we were confident they may be able to help us get 2 more matching chairs. Jack painstakingly researched the style and stain from a photo on our phone and found a builder that made and EXACT match. We can't tell our new chairs from our original chairs. ...and just in time for Easter dinner! So happy with Homestead!!”

I’ll never forget when my father passed away and we only asked for a couple extra weeks, and they went above and beyond by giving us more time with no late fees. That kind of compassion really stands out. One of the employees even shared such kind and understanding words with us about how when someone unexpectedly passes away, you often need time off from work. He also mentioned how during that time you’re already dealing with so much, and then you’re losing income and worrying about money, when you really shouldn’t have to stress about finances during something like that. It really showed a lot of empathy.

In my experience, their staff is friendly, respectful, and willing to work with you as long as you communicate. We’ve also gotten a great deal on a used item through them before, and at time of delivery we inspected it together , and I actually found there was something wrong with the recliners, and they ordered the parts they needed and fixed it right away with no hassle or long wait. It was handled quickly and professionally.

We’ve also had situations where a couple of months after getting an item, something went wrong, and they provided a loaner so we didn’t have to go without while it was being repaired. Once fixed, everything was like new again, which we really appreciated.

We have been renting/buying items from them since 2014 off and on. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and think they are reliable, flexible, and genuinely caring, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
