“Our experience at Highpoint was excellent! I sent Jody pictures of my newly renovated living room and kitchen before we arrived. She had great ideas for us to choose from. We picked out what we liked plus rugs. I ended up getting a rug and nightstand for our spare room along with our living room and kitchen items. Customer service and care for what we wanted and what we were willing to spend was top notch. Jody is over the top with knowledge about all the furniture. Then came the delivery. These guys were amazing. Set everything up for us down to adjusting the rugs just right. If anyone is needing furniture, Jody is the person you are looking for.

He asked the price range I was looking for, and helped me fill out a sleep survey to determine good mattress options. Was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy at all. I came back a few days later to make my final selections, Jonathon helped me with my official purchases and also had fantastic costumer service! Brad had already arranged some discounts for my purchase, but Jonathon was able to help even more with the final cost of everything. My husband and I stopped at Pine Tree Barn while on an anniversary road trip down to Belleville, and it was such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, all the ladies there were so welcoming and kind. We enjoyed a delicious lunch - everything was fresh and flavorful, but the lemon mint tea was truly to die for.

The atmosphere is charming with beautiful views that made our visit even more special. We could easily see this being the perfect spot for a group of ladies, a Mother’s Day outing, or a relaxing afternoon with friends. On top of that, they have a huge selection of high-quality furniture and home décor.

Pine Tree Barn is definitely on our list of must-do stops whenever we’re in the area. Five stars all the way!”

“I highly recommend Aaron’s. They have always been very understanding, professional, and easy to work with.

I’ll never forget when my father passed away and we only asked for a couple extra weeks, and they went above and beyond by giving us more time with no late fees. That kind of compassion really stands out. One of the employees even shared such kind and understanding words with us about how when someone unexpectedly passes away, you often need time off from work. He also mentioned how during that time you’re already dealing with so much, and then you’re losing income and worrying about money, when you really shouldn’t have to stress about finances during something like that. It really showed a lot of empathy.

In my experience, their staff is friendly, respectful, and willing to work with you as long as you communicate. We’ve also gotten a great deal on a used item through them before, and at time of delivery we inspected it together , and I actually found there was something wrong with the recliners, and they ordered the parts they needed and fixed it right away with no hassle or long wait. It was handled quickly and professionally.

We’ve also had situations where a couple of months after getting an item, something went wrong, and they provided a loaner so we didn’t have to go without while it was being repaired. Once fixed, everything was like new again, which we really appreciated.

We have been renting/buying items from them since 2014 off and on. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and think they are reliable, flexible, and genuinely caring, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
