“Michelle (manager), Aaron (assistant manager), and Sarah went above and beyond for us. They worked hard to get us a great deal on an excellent mattress, and their knowledge of mattresses and pillows made the whole process easy.
Where they really stood out was when we ran into a delivery issue. We had out-of-town guests arriving and were at risk of having no bed for them — the team stepped in and made sure we weren’t left in that situation. That level of care and follow-through is rare, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, not just the sale.
