“We found the furniture that we wanted for our dining room and living room. Communication between Michaels Furniture about shipping to their warehouse and our home was very good. Delivery and set up went very well. Will make Michaels Furniture our first choice to shop if we buy any more furniture.”
“This location was a great place to meet someone in the parking lot, had a minion recover a stolen bb gun for me, gages furniture parking lot was perfect for what I needed.”
“I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Kacee has been amazing, friendly, and strong with communication. The delivery guys were friendly, professional, and accommodating. My living room looks beautiful with my new couches. I look forward to working with them all again with any future needs I may have.”

“Michelle (manager), Aaron (assistant manager), and Sarah went above and beyond for us. They worked hard to get us a great deal on an excellent mattress, and their knowledge of mattresses and pillows made the whole process easy.
Where they really stood out was when we ran into a delivery issue. We had out-of-town guests arriving and were at risk of having no bed for them — the team stepped in and made sure we weren’t left in that situation. That level of care and follow-through is rare, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, not just the sale.
If you’re in the Ashtabula area and need a mattress, this is the location to go to. Highest recommendation.”
