“I primarily use this store for curbside pickup, so I can utilize the mobile app coupons as much as possible. However, there was a specific yarn I wasn’t able to find anywhere. The closest Joann that showed it MAY be in stock was Mayfield. I was willing to make the drive, but before I did, I called here. I spoke with Michelle, I told her how badly I wanted one of the shades in this yarn lot. She told me she’d see what she could do and took my number down. When she called back, she told me this yarn is truly just difficult to find and if I wanted any more colors to let her know TODAY. I told her to get them all.They arrived to the store in batches. The first batch was just 4 skeins of blue, 4 green. I noticed them while browsing the app and ordered them to secure them. My order was cancelled instantly. I called the store to ask about it and Dawn apologized, then informed me this yarn isn’t for sale, it’s all being held for one customer.I was the customer. ? I am SO pleased, I picked up all of them the same day they arrived. Amazing customer service ladies, thank you for making my yarn and crochet dreams come true. ?”
