“There’s never a good time for a flat tire. After 3 pm on a Friday is one of those times. I walked in expecting to hear “we’re booked” or “we don’t service Audis” or “we don’t have any tires for that in stock.” No, no and no. Joshua took care of me. Explained the multiple choices I had, and when I selected one, there was no up-sell. And he offered that they could take the damaged tire and rim out of the trunk and mount the new one on the rim, and that I could drive home (the spare was on it) and bring it back when they were finished and they’d put it on. So I was able to go home and get some work done and not be stuck in their waiting room. And they did it for a fair price and with a smile. I highly, highly recommend this store.”

“I had delivery here. Appointment was for 8:00am and I arrived at 10:30am. I picked up late and drove almost 850 miles to get there. From Boston to Groveport, OH. Because I was late. But Yokohama didn’t made any problem because I sas late. They delivered my trailer in 30 minutes! Very good job and very good people work over there!!!
