“Best college rental experience ever. Our son lived in a Kleinpenny rental for two years. The place was fantastic, the maintenance was excellent, the building manager was incredibly responsive to any maintenance requests. In the words of my son, Mindy is “the goat” (greatest of all time). We were fortunate to have such peace of mind being 10 hours away and knowing he was so well looked after.”

“Have lived here for going on 2 years now with management switchover. We have the large 2 bedroom townhouse. Management is great, maintenance is great. Never had any issues with anything serious. Neighbors keep to themselves most of the time, and although sharing a wall the transparency is not too bad. Also it is in a really great location, kind of secluded from town but only 5 minutes away from anything you would need (most likely). Directly on the bike path so great for just walking out and going on a walk. Very community based and I would highly recommend living here.”

“I rented for two years, two different apartments thru Coady Rentals. Overall, it was a great experience and I would have rented again if there were more options for single person apartments. The maintenance crew always fixed issues in a timely manner. Brian is a good landlord and very empathetic. The only negative I would say would be lacking a receptionist. They used to have a receptionist and I really liked her, but now they don’t have one. Communication was always so easy and quick with her.”
