“Great little convenience store/gas station with friendly customer service. Not only do they have old school candies like Now & Laters, Lemonheads, and Big Chew gum!! they also have a great little spot on the store to get great tasting already made pizza. You can get subs and sandwiches made fresh the way you want and like, salads and side items to eat on the go or for a picnic. They have a wide selection of soda, alcoholic beverages, etc. They sell a variety of other items. They have a fill your own container water machine outside and sell propane tanks for grilling at home or maybe even the local West Branch State Park nearby Lake Milton Park and Marina”

“I always go to this gas station because of the great customer service. The owner of this place works everyday and does everything from stocking the shelves to ringing up customers. He is always in a pleasant mood and goes out of his way to get to know his customers. He is a nice person and a very hard worker and most days not only opens in the morning but also closes at the end of the night. I think that everyone should get their gas and convenient store needs here and give back to the small business owner who works so hard and puts in so many hours. Plus after he has puts in a 12 hour day you can walk in there 5 minutes before they are going to close and he doesn't rush you and is still super nice. Not to mention they open and close at the actual times that they say they are going too! So I highly recommend this place and hope lots of people read this review and go check this place out!”

“The store is nice, and the diesel pump has the long hose so you can fill up both sides of a semi without turning around, but the pumps leave somethings to be desired. They just seem rundown and the credit card buttons always seem dirty. Fair priced gas though so that's a plus. Usually runs about the same prices as in the center of town”

“Always a great deal on gas. Great deals on snacks, I always stop and get a fountain pop. Employees are very friendly and patient. I use the mapco app all the time. Which gives you the price of gasoline for the station in which I am going. That way I can compare prices before I even get there. Seems like they're always very competitive with keeping their gas prices low. Clean restroom”
“This is the only place I get gas for my Monte Carlo Supercharger!! My car requires 93 octane but running the 93 octane causes my throttle position sensor to fault and kick in and out once the car warms up. I've replaced it 4 times!! Someone told me about this gas station and to try the 90 octane with NO ethenol in it and just after running 1/2 tank it was running like a race car and no more check engine light ?!!This gas cured my car and made driving my supercharger so much fun again! Not to mention save me money and headaches in car repairs. I'll never buy my gas anywhere else!!! ☺️??❤️”
“Staff is really nice and friendly! He remembers you each time and makes sure to acknowledge you. I have had a few instances where I took my lottery tickets in to cash, I didn't pay attention to the amount which was my fault and got ripped on them. I knew the amount one time and when I asked because I didn't get that amount, I was told it was less that I had won. I thought maybe it was just me but I don't think it was. The last night I won and was cashing my tickets in. I had won $62.00 in lottery, bought a few more tickets, wasn't paying attention and 2 days later noticed I was charged $62.00 for the items I bought. Nothing I can do about it cause I dont havr a copy of the tickets sold to me. Lesson learned! Pay attention to how much you win in lottery tickets before cashing them and how much you spend in items. I will continue to go back only if I really need to, but will pay attention, get a receipt and look closely at how much I am being charged.”

“This has to be the nicest Circle K in Portage County. Christina is so kind and deserves a raise. She helped me as I forgot my wallet back home over 20 miles away and I was getting off work from a super-hot manufacturing facility. I do not plan to forget my wallet again but as long as I am working in Alliance, these guys now have a loyal customer.”

“There is an amazing manager at the 911 W State St location, by the name of Jordan. I legit purchased lottery tickets and left- headed to Canton. I realized I could not find them and called. My thought was the attendant forgot to give them to me, not at all the case. Turns out I threw them in the trash, simply moving too fast. Jordan not only handled me professionally, took the time to review the tapes and advised me I in fact took them. Again, going way beyond he checked the trash where I pumped and then once more the trash outside of the door, where he found the tickets and cared enough to call me to let me know. I am so grateful for the level of professionalism and compassion this man showed me! It is not even weekly that I get stellar customer service like this and especially in my own error. I hope your team values you as much as I do Jordan as you are truly an assett to them and in my case a hero of levels!!! Thank you beyond, you made my day a great one.
