“I called Matlins after my truck was throwing codes for a couple things including my transmission. They were extremely knowledgeable and told me that sometimes a transmission code can pop up when something is wrong with the engine. They advised me to change out my spark plugs for my particular code, and see if that fixes the transmission issue. It worked, and I didn’t even end up needing to take my truck to them.
They could have told me to bring it in ASAP to make some quick cash, but instead, they gave me advice on how to fix it myself. I will absolutely be going here if I ever end up with transmission problems. It is hard to find a good mechanic, but these guys are great.”
