“Would have deducted .5, but read on...Josh did an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress.The rear passenger side of my car got backed into by a box truck, so I had them do the insurance work to repair the rear of the vehicle.Damage included rear bumper, stop/tail light, backup light, reflectors, cross traffic radar sensors, rear fender, trunk floor, trunk hinge adjustment to realign the trunk lid.I also had them do extra work to repair a scratch on the driver's side rear door, and repaint the hood to remove all the stone chips (120K+ miles of freeway travel).For the most part, the work looked great. However, I had to take the car back to get the hood redone. It had dirt in the paint, and the stone chips had not been filled/sanded... just painted over. After the repaint, the hood looks like new, now. All other paint was perfect the first time. ???Slight alignment issues with the hood. And the new rear bumper sticks out from the rear fenders slightly at the top on both sides. I will follow-up with Josh to see if easy for me to adjust both of them, or if I need to stop back in.In the end, the final result looks great.”

“Came in for a leaking/flat tire. Mechanic quoted me a fair price for fixing the tire and began working on it immediately. They were upfront about the cost and would pause service if they needed to replace the tire because it would have cost more. Overall, they fixed the leak (nail in tire) and it was free because the tires were previously installed at a Conrad’s location.Unrelated but I would call ahead and make an appointment if you can. That seemed to help because I only waited for a half hour.”

“Went online to get a quote for tires, which was within 25 dollars of a competitor. Pat called me back and explained I could get a better tire 85,000 mile compared to 60,000 for a 5 dollars more. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and had a call from Brian at noon that the car was done. Didn't even realize that this was the same Family that took care of my parents cars in Bedford in the past. A true family establishment that will treat you like its their own car.”

Very expert and high quality work at fair rates.On one occasion, after experiencing manual transmission shifting issues, a factory dealer quoted me $8,000.00 for entire clutch replacement. Researched them and decided to get a second opinion from Steinel's which immediately diagnosed problem was a $250.00 pressure switch.....even wth $300 shipping costs each way from W. PA it's still worth it for the peace of mind Steinel's provides, in my opinion.”
