“We are a single car family and I dropped my car off for a wheel bearing job. Bruno and Derek offered to drive me home instead of waiting the 4+ hours.Above and beyond from these guys. I was able to secure a ride back to the shop and the two greeted me and had me out the door and on the road within minutes. They could’ve just told me to wait but they actually cared enough to get me back home and offered to pick me up if I hadn’t secured a ride back when the job was done. Great experience, highly recommend.”

“My car had a low tire pressure indicator on yesterday and when I tried to add air at Sheetz the tire pump nozzle lowered the tire pressure instead of adding air. What a pickle to be in while trying to get home a hundred miles away! With one tire only half inflated I drove down the road until I saw Bob's Car Care. I asked for help and help was promptly received with a smile and good humor. The people I met at Bob's seemed genuinely friendly and happy to lend a helping hand to somebody in trouble. Since I live a hundred miles away, I probably can't return the favor with repeat business, but if you live nearby you might want to consider giving this crew a try when you have some trouble with your vehicle.”

“Straight forward, quick, and kind. Helped me on Veterans Day when my alternator began having trouble on a trip from WV to MI. Tire Source was suggested by locals as the only place they trusted that would be open that day. Midas down the street wanted more than double and to sell me financing to pay for it. Tire Source had me safely back on the road without any sort of hassle. Based on mine and other interactions I witnessed while there, I’m inclined to say this is a safe place for women to take their vehicles.Service: Electrical repair”

“On 8/2/21 I ordered tires from an authorized dealer.Three days later I was given a 9/7/21 delivery date.On 8/25/21 my date was changed to 10/28/21.Called said dealer and was told the problem was Mickey Thompson.Called Mickey Thompson on 8/30/21 and was assured they had not missed any shipment dates to any of their authorized dealers.Asked if I could order straight from them and was told how.Went straight to their website and made my order.Was told a 6-8 week delivery.The next day I was given a delivery date of 9/3/21.Those tires were on my door step before noon.That man I spoke to had to take the time to look into what had happened and then took even more time to expedite the shipping to keep the delivery date their dealer had missed.To find a better company to do business with I would imagine one would be hard pressed.”
“Visited this morning after having issues with a noise coming from our tires. (A dealership just serviced the vehicle the previous day with an oil change and rotating the tires). Karen and the guys were exceptional immediately offering to help. After looking over the vehicle, it was found that the prior day service by a dealership was the issue. When they rotated the tires, they did not tighten the lug nuts. These tires could have fallen off, causing a serious accident. Thankfully, my husband turned around before going any further when he realized something was wrong. Not at all happy with the dealership that did the tire rotation (actually went directly their after visiting with Van's). Karen is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and offers exceptional service. Highly recommend them.”
“Came in during Christmas time from out of town with an odd steering issue. The team took real time to diagnose the situation, find the part at the end of the day and wrap up the job before I had to travel back to NC. Quality place and outstanding people working there.”

“Ron and the team at Conrad’s in Solon took excellent care of me. I unfortunately got a flat tire at work and my insurance would only tow my car a limited distance, which meant I could not get it towed back home near where I live, however this was a good thing because randomly I picked Conrad’s in Solon for my car to be towed to and it was meant to be! Ron expedited the process of getting my flat tire repaired and was very understanding and compassionate! There are good people in this world and Ron at Conrad’s is definitely one of them! Thank you!”
“my car was towed to NTB in Streetsboro last Sunday with 2 flat and tires and a broken rim after I hit a very destructive pothole on I-80. Larrietta (sp) was very helpful in suggesting new tires to buy, and ordering a new rim for early Monday. Dale worked on the tires, gave me a ride to a motel and even picked me up the next morning when the job was finished. they were courteous, friendly and efficient. the car ran smoothly as I covered 550 miles in 7:30 hours and made it home for dinner Monday. several reasonably priced tires were offered.”

“Came in for a leaking/flat tire. Mechanic quoted me a fair price for fixing the tire and began working on it immediately. They were upfront about the cost and would pause service if they needed to replace the tire because it would have cost more. Overall, they fixed the leak (nail in tire) and it was free because the tires were previously installed at a Conrad’s location.Unrelated but I would call ahead and make an appointment if you can. That seemed to help because I only waited for a half hour.”
“I will say the service is good but just expect to pay alot for various services and labor. The team was very responsive and reliable with my service request unlike most locations I requested help from. Staff was very friendly. Store is clean with a good waiting room. Overall it was a fair visit but it's going to be my go too when I visit the Ohio area”

They were kind, efficient and from what I observed, gave every customer the great service we deserve. I'm very thankful and happy. Freddy was very kind and thoroughly made sure I had the correct tires for my car. I even spoke with Paul to schedule my appt and initially another gentleman (I can't remember his name) to order my tires. Every encounter was professional and kind.
