“A B tire have always been my go to and they have always done great work but today I was greatful for them. I drive a lot and have a full schedule this evening…. And noticed a flat. This at 4:45 pm and I immediately called them, they agreed to have me come in . “I had to take my vehicle to replace two damaged rims and a tire. I had the unfortunate incident of hitting a huge chuck hole in a neighborhood grocery parking lot. My husband had the experience of taking the cars to Defer before but this was my first time. There are a number of places I could have gone. Now I know why he did not hesitate telling me to go to Defer Tire. They were excellent in customer service, providing what I needed, without inflated prices, giving me all of the options available along with fast service. Tony was exceptional! “I was a walk in as a first time customer to Conrads to have an exhaust issue inspected. Ron and Paul greeted me and did not hesitate to get me in to look at the vehicle so I left it for them. A few hours later I not only got information but they sent me a video showing me exactly what was wrong. Talk about great customer service!!! They had to order the part and due to lack of time in the day, I brought it back to them today and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost that ai was quoted elsewhere!! This is a great team over at Conrads and since I work right around the corner, I no longer have to worry about scheduling appointments anywhere else because Conrads has my business from now on. “To be honest, wasn't expecting to like this place, but I did. With "free" tire repair, was expecting hidden costs and high pressure to spend money.
Boy, was I wrong. Totally free tire repair and very low pressure to buy. In fact, I felt a thing of guilt for not spending any money when I left.
Oh, I know, the business model says that free tire repair will leave a good taste in people's mouths and bring them back. But how often do you see that model work without high pressure tactics?
