“I am local and had no idea such an elegant, romantic getaway was so close by! We got the July special Believe package that included a 1 hour massage, an overnight stay, an included appetizer, $50 off dining, and muffins and mimosas in the morning. The masseuses Gia and Natalia were fantastic! Every part of the spa was very relaxing. Our dinner was spectacular, the homemade marinara sauce was the star of the show. The Chocolate Angel dessert was my favorite dish! The waiter Joe made us feel at home. The room accommodations were really nice- it felt like staying in a family member’s guest room. The bathroom was huge, and the bed was very comfortable- some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while! All the employees were very nice and accommodating. We really liked learning about the history of the buildings and the owners. This is the perfect place for a romantic overnight or a fun dinner out. We will definitely be back!”

“The cabins could definitely use some TLC! The beds and pillows were incredibly worn out! The shower had very little pressure and the floor was rotting in areas from long term water damage.
The rear porch was enjoyable. Nice and quiet. I also ordered some food which was fair, nothing spectacular. Soup appeared to be a canned variety vs fresh.”

“I should have read the reviews before booking a stay. Since Quality Inns are under the Choice umbrella, I assumed the hotel would be up to par with Choice hotels I've stayed in. The breakfast was plentiful however, there were no protein items. No eggs or sausage. Lots of bread products and cereal. The room was clean except the shower curtain had mold on the bottom 3 inches. We were 4 ladies sharing a room. I booked 2 queen beds and at check-in confirmed it was 2 queen beds. Those can't be queen beds. They must be Full or Double beds. This was our 3rd hotel in a 5 day trip. We had a lot more room sharing a queen bed at other hotels. We were definitely closer to each other in these beds. The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, the price was less than others in the area.”

Breakfast very average for price you pay. And they don't have fans in bathroom, so mold starting to grow and ceiling peeling.

“I've used this place as an extended stay for multiple months and I got to say, it's a fine place for the price. Sure, some of the paint is chipped, power outlets are a bit loose, some stuff is used and dated but if every place was a new gentrified modernized place then every place would be expensive. This is why budget hotels exist. If fresh paint or newer furniture is important to you, you could spend an extra 40 dollars a night and stay at the Marriott.
The fact is, this place is affordable unlike most hotels lately. It's clean. The employees are helpful. The air conditioner blows strong, pets stay free and they don't require a deposit like most places do lately.
10/10 would recommend.”

“The staff at this hotel were genuinely so great and super attentive and friendly our entire trip. They give each guest a little care package with a water and some snacks when you check in, which is so sweet! Our room was clean and it had everything we needed for the reasonable price! It’s very close to the Cuyahoga National Valley Park and not that far from Cleveland either. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“We stayed here for one night and were very satisfied with our experience. The sauna and pool were exactly what we needed after a long drive, and we would definitely stay here again next time.
The only suggestion I would make is to refresh the pool area. It could use a thorough cleaning and perhaps a fresh coat of paint, as everything else at the hotel was wonderful.
The staff were very polite, welcoming, and pleasant. We also stayed with our service dog, and it was a lovely touch to find a dog bowl waiting for us in the room. We truly appreciated the thoughtful accommodation.”
