“My partner and I stopped by the Puma Outlet today for some birthday shopping, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we had an excellent experience, thanks to an outstanding sales associate named C.C. (I apologize if I’m spelling that incorrectly). C.C. was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. He took the time to assist us without rushing, answered all our questions, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. It’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such exceptional customer service, and it truly made our shopping experience a pleasure. Because of his outstanding service, we’ll absolutely be returning soon. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s C.C.! We left not only with great purchases but also with a positive impression of this store. Highly recommend stopping by”

“I was greeted when I walked into the store. The representatives on both sides were very helpful with finding me what I like, but not overwhelming, which I truly appreciate there was an error with exchanging my purse that I got online that was gifted to me, however, the store went above and beyond to rectify it and fix the issue and make sure I left happy. This was a great experience a lot of times being young and a person of color- we don’t always have these great experiences in designer stores, but this one was rememberable.”

“Store was clean, only one associate seen for the entire store. Shoe boxes appeared to be organized well. Men's sizes are heavily stocked on sizes 9-11, anything outside that range was a struggle to find (I wear large 8.5 to 9 depending on manufacturer. Compared prices against the Internet. Prices are competitive with other shoe stores online. Amazon came in 3-4 dollars less on 3 exact matches. Worth it to me to be able to try on and walk around in.”

“This location was perfect! Our location store is a clearance store now and has very limited inventory. We drove from North Olmsted and took advantage of the bogo clearance deal and school clothes. Thank you for having older boys sizes in stock!”

“Due to the tax free weekend it made it very busy. Luckily, we got there early because there was a line outside the store by the time we left. Overall the staff was very friendly and kept things flowing and moving smoothly from the dressing rooms to check out.”

“My wife and I went to New Balance searching for the best walking shoes for our European vacation. I wear a 13 4E, I wanted 2 pairs in black they told me they didn't have them in stock, but told me they would ship them to me. They sent me an email telling me they had been delivered, we couldn't find them. I called Cameron and explained the situation. Cameron, and his manager Rachel were on the case. I had 2 pairs of black 13 4E waiting at my door in a very short time. I even had time to break them in. I now have a new shoe store. Thank you for going the extra mile! John Brately PS We had a great time.”

“Anna helped me and she was so beyond helpful and personable! She pulled shoes from back stock, ordered things online for me, looked up alternate color options, and identified the best deals! She was very nice and we chit chatted a lot as well. Super sweet. I bought 8 pairs of shoes and will definitely be going back!”

“This fully stocked retail outlet is the best place to go for the sportswear and athletic person in your life. I've newly found their golf shorts that are stretchy and comfortable to be worn on the golf course, gym and a date. They were so kind to give me a Healthcare discount. And the assistant manager Nick was very professional and kind. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“Dealt with this very kind and unique worker. His name was Aiden, very handsome boy he helped me find 4 pairs of shoes for all my kids. They love all of them! Then when it was time to check out Spencer was very smooth and steady with the checkout process! Go finishline!”

“The workers here are so helpful, but I've been really disappointed in options for flats and heels. Also, I find that sizing is inconsistent - I am usually a 9, but with Clarks, I range from an 8 to a 9 depending on the shoe.”

“Dave the manager was super nice and friendly when helping me decide what crocs I wanted. I’m autistic so choosing certain shoes to fit my needs MATTERS to me the MOST! He was awesome and I’ll definitely be back to this store! The other lady’s that were there were nice and treated me with respect. I wear headphones sometimes due to the loud noises and I can’t process them but they helped guide me and were super efficient! I’d recommend them to anyone who may be in the same boat as me ?”
