“I visited the Marketplace Rd location off of Aurora Rd. this evening and as ALWAYS had an INCREDIBLE experience! This is MY FAVORITE Old Navy! The store is ALWAYS IMMACULATE! The entire staff ROCKS! They greet you when you come in with beautiful smiles. The warm, friendly, and willingness to help is outstanding. All of the ladies are priceless gems and display amazing teamwork - I only shop at this location. To all of the ladies JASMA - COLLEEN - EMILY - RILEY - ANNA - NATASHA - ANNIE - AYVA - KELSIE - AND LASY BUT NOT LEAST KENZIE - you all are INCREDIBLE! “The customer service was top notch. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesperson who also informed me about the current sale going on in-store. Another worker helped me to exchange a pair of pants I bought from another location, despite me not having a physical copy of my receipt (she found it online for me). They found the alternate size for me, opened a dressing room and allowed me to try on multiple sizes before I exchanged my cargo pants with no hassle. It was quick, easy, and extremely efficient. I would return to this location anytime. Two lovely ladies.”
“The woman working today was so helpful. Held my handbags i had bought from Kate Spade at the front desk, put my try-ons in the dressing room in organized fashion, helped me make a fashion decision. Just wonderful!”

“The sticker shock on some of the suits can be a lot. But they also have a variety of jackets, pants, shirts, and ties to fit your budget. The two ladies that helped me get fitted for a wedding did a good job though. Neither of them knew how to tie a bow tie, which was fine since I went with a normal tie instead. Plenty of discounts around the store. And they threw in an additional discount at the end. Once I was ready to get checked out. I chose to get a shirt elsewhere since a white shirt there was a hundred bucks and I knew I could get another white shirt for much cheaper elsewhere.”
“It is a clean store with lots of room to walk around and easy to spot. Awesome clothing and great quality too. The only problem I ever had is with their thin sweaters. They ALWAYS rip too easily.”
“This fully stocked retail outlet is the best place to go for the sportswear and athletic person in your life. I've newly found their golf shorts that are stretchy and comfortable to be worn on the golf course, gym and a date. They were so kind to give me a Healthcare discount. And the assistant manager Nick was very professional and kind. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“The people who helped us were very friendly. The store had some things I was looking for, mostly linen shirts. I didn't see any shoes though. It would have been nice if the 25% off coupon was emailed before the visit. However, 15% off was better than nothing. There are alot of other stores around too. The weather was great and we had fun!”
“I stopped by the Calvin Klein store on Saturday night, October 11th, about an hour before closing, and the three girls working were absolutely incredible. I didn’t catch their names, but one was a tall brunette with glasses, one was a shorter African American girl, and the other was a fair skinned blonde. They went above and beyond helping me pick out underwear and made the whole shopping experience so easy and comfortable. It’s rare to find staff that genuine and attentive these days, they really left a great impression.”
