“Great service they appreciate their customers squeezed me in with no appointment and didn’t make a big deal out of it I won’t do business with anyone else”
“Will always recommend SA Koch to anyone that needs a reliable, fairly priced and honest mechanic. Have been going to them exclusively since I was in high school and will continue to in the future.”

“About 9 months ago I had another local shop build a heavy duty transmission for my F250. It began to hang in second gear or shift harsh from 2-3. The shop that built the transmission only gave me a 2 month warranty and dismissed the problem because "there were no codes".
I spoke with Tracy originally and decided to have Al give a second opinion. Al and Tracy were both class acts.
Al was trying to find a problem that he didn't create. He thought it was a shift solenoid and replaced it. It helped, but did not completely fix the issue. We narrowed it down to the transmission tuning.
Al had a lot of time into searching for the problem. Given that the solenoid did not completely fix the issue he only charged me for parts and fluids and ate the labor cost. He didn't have to do that, but chose to. That speaks volumes on his character.
I would absolutely go back for future needs and recommend Quick Shift to someone needing transmission work.”
“Next Level. Seriously. The excellence, know how, attention to detail and insistence of doing everything all the way, the right way is such a breath of fresh air. Chris and Debbie are so kind, easy and nice to work with. A good shop is so hard to find. I am over the moon about finding folks who care as much as I do and insist on the same super high standard I do. They are so good I only want to add cars to my collection that they will work on. Cannot recommend them enough. Wish I could leave 1,345 Stars.”

“Up front and honest about how long it will take. When I picked up vehicle the gentleman was very friendly and kind! I put overpriced for oil change but this is not limited to Conrad’s. I used to get oil change with tire rotation and fluid top off for under $50. I would recommend Conrad’s Avon Lake!”
“A big shout out to Michelle and Dylon. Thank you for the great customer service and TOP NOTCH communication! The application of the accessories was applied perfectly. I am more than pleased with the level of service from Michelle, Dylon and this dealership...Especially after 2 very bad experiences at other dealerships from last year. Great experience!!! My services will now always be rendered by Avon Lake CDJR. Thanks again!”
