511 Avon Belden Road, Avon Lake OH 44012
“Kudos to this location for having personable and educated staff. They work quickly as a team with audible communication to each other, while keeping you updated and informed about status of service. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell or push additional services, unless it’s needed. It’s an easy in and out service. I have to shout out Charlie M. the service writer, thought he was calm and cool. He was a team player and made the experience that much better! p.s. they removed the tip option during payment process which I think was a very good move for the business”

“Up front and honest about how long it will take. When I picked up vehicle the gentleman was very friendly and kind! I put overpriced for oil change but this is not limited to Conrad’s. I used to get oil change with tire rotation and fluid top off for under $50. I would recommend Conrad’s Avon Lake!”
