“Up front and honest about how long it will take. When I picked up vehicle the gentleman was very friendly and kind! I put overpriced for oil change but this is not limited to Conrad’s. I used to get oil change with tire rotation and fluid top off for under $50. I would recommend Conrad’s Avon Lake!”

“For starters, I had to call in advance to make sure they had my oil filter in stock. The young man ordered it, called me back and let me know what time it would be there. That is top tier customer service alone. I got there and it was only 2 gentlemen working. They were amazing!!! They had my daughter and I laughing so hard. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely go to this location over the other one anyday even though it is farther from my house. The service from start to finish will keep me as a customer!!!!”

“Fantastic guys! I stopped in today to get my heater looked at. I thought that I had made an appointment for this location but apparently I messed up. They were able to take a look at it and found a plugged up AC vent that was causing all the problems. They didn't charge me a dime and didn't have a problem with doing a diagnostic without an appointment.”

“Kudos to this location for having personable and educated staff. They work quickly as a team with audible communication to each other, while keeping you updated and informed about status of service. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell or push additional services, unless it’s needed. It’s an easy in and out service. I have to shout out Charlie M. the service writer, thought he was calm and cool. He was a team player and made the experience that much better!
p.s. they removed the tip option during payment process which I think was a very good move for the business”
