“My experience with Enterprise was a tale of two locations. Initially, I was assigned a vehicle that had an odor and did not meet expectations. Fortunately, the team provided a replacement that I was very happy with.
I found the service at the Westlake, Ohio branch to be consistently unhelpful and dismissive; they frequently redirected me to the North Olmsted location instead of assisting me directly. In contrast, the staff at North Olmsted were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful.”
“Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”

I had a choice of a couple suv's. Took a nice Mitsubishi SUV. Great to have a choice. Will be renting again from this location again in January and February.”
