    Mekhi was a delight to work with. I am the worst technical person, and he was able to walk me through exactly what I needed and did not try to over sell me.     My cousin and I recently bought phones and switched to spectrum, we had Laura help us, she was so helpful, took her time and was very patient and when I had issues with my new phone Laura was so helpful to try to resolve the issue, I am so glad Laura was the rep that took care of me, and the one in the store I will go... read full comment

    I had the best service from Kaiden at the Avon store. He was patient, explained everything and set up service for a tech to come to my home that day to set up my Zumos. After I received my tablet, I went back to the store to have him help me set it up. If you go to this store, ask for Kaiden!
