Once I realized, I called Tire Discounters and they were so friendly and understanding, and let me still keep my appointment even though I was going to be late. “This is the first time I’ve used bowman for a repair on my mower and I couldn’t be happier. Troy took great care of me throughout the entire process. They picked up the mower and in a couple days Troy called me and told me what was wrong and the cost of the repair. The price was very reasonable. “I've been going to the Quick Lane at Bob Boyd Ford for six years, and I've had no problems. The staff is friendly with a nice waiting area. The mechanics are quick. And most of all, I feel they are trustworthy. Not only will they get your oil changed, or put new tires on your vehicle, but they also provide you with an extensive diagnostic for the overall health of your vehicle. And for me, that's great. It allows me to know how long I'll have before I need to make a repair, or get my brakes changed. Just an example. That's if the diagnostic shows anything that would. Overall, it's a friendly atmosphere with quick mechanics. And thats my opinion based from my experience of taking my truck in for six years.”

“I will from here on out always buy from O'Reillys. We are from out of town visiting Hocking Hills. Our alternator went out. We googled the nearest O'Reillys since we bought our last alternator from one of the stores in our area a couple years ago. Elizabeth was so extremely helpful at this location. She gave my husband permission to work on our van in the parking lot and they let him borrow tools to do the job. We had a van full of kids and she offered us water bottles while we waited for my husband to fix the car. They also charged the battery while he was putting the new part in. We very much appreciated her going above and beyond!”

Responded to our location at the track within 5 minutes. Like a pit stop! A golf cart wrecker responded with a winch to lift the cart and a new tire. Repaired and back on our way in minutes. Thanks much National Cart for the pleasant experience. We will definitely rent from you again.”
“Needed routine service, I called and scheduled as everywhere was on a pretty long wait. I dropped my car off the morning of and went to work, I got a call shortly after I left saying that there was a cancellation, and they were able to get my car in early. They found several other issues that I was not expecting, they were happy to walk me through the cost and if it was an emergent situation. some items I decided to correct, some I decided to hold off on. I appreciated their honesty and speed of service. Overall, the cost was on par with other places. The waiting room was very nice and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly.”
